ADMINISTERING SANANGA

The human eye is a particularly sensitive organ, which means a Sananga ceremony can be a bit uncomfortable. Sananga feels like chillies in the eyes. These sacred, shamanic eye drops cause an intense burning that usually lasts a few seconds/minutes, but experienced practitioners say this pain is an important part of the healing process.

HOW TO USE

Lie down horizontally (you can sit down when you are more experienced), close your eyes and put one drop in the inner corners of the eyes. Blink and make sure the Sananga goes throughout all your eyes. Blink several times. Do not touch your eyes. Close your eyes and relax and meditate for some minutes. Breath through the mouth deeply.

You can use Sananga Eye Drops:

• every 3 or 4 days. 
• every day during 1-2 weeks for a deep spiritual experience and healing.
