HOW TO USE:
Lie down horizontally in your bed or in the floor (you can sit down when you are more experienced), close your eyes and put one drop in the inner corners of the eyes. Blink and make sure the Sananga goes throughout all your eyes. Blink several times. Do not touch your eyes. Close your eyes and relax and meditate for some minutes. Breath through the mouth deeply.
You can use Sananga Eye Drops every 3 or 4 days, it can be used also everyday for a couple of weeks for a deeper introspection and growth.
